“Tea Room Management Program,” scheduled for November 29 and 30, 2025, in
Bangalore.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this
intensive two-day certification program is designed for aspiring tea
entrepreneurs, hospitality professionals, and individuals looking to
conceptualize, manage, and elevate a modern tea room or café experience. The
curriculum blends deep tea knowledge with hospitality expertise, covering
concept design, menu planning and sourcing, Tea etiquette, tea and food
pairing, operations, logistics, brand storytelling, and financial management
for tea-focused ventures.
Unlike conventional hospitality courses, the program
prepares participants to manage luxury tea lounges or launch their own
independent brands rooted in authentic tea culture. “Tea is more than a
beverage; it’s a lifestyle and a cultural expression. This program empowers
individuals to create world-class tea experiences that bring together wellness,
hospitality, and entrepreneurship,” said Susmita Das Gupta, Tea Artist and

The Tea Room Management Program stands as part of IST’s
