A 19-Year-Old from Jharkhand Is Inspiring India’s Youth to Become Self-Reliant

In a time when most young people still chase government jobs, Aman Ranjan, a 19-year-old from Jharkhand, has chosen a different path. He believes real change begins when the youth stop waiting for opportunities and start creating them.

Aman is the Founder of Lacsa Tech Pvt. Ltd., a startup focused on digital skills, technology, and youth empowerment. He also runs Live All Class, an online learning platform that helps students gain practical knowledge in Ethical Hacking, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Soft Skills, Business Skills, and other modern fields. His mission is simple — to make India’s youth self-reliant through skill-based education.

Born and raised in Jharkhand, Aman completed his 12th in 2024 and is now pursuing a B.Com (First Year) while managing his growing startup.

“Education gives the base,” he says. “Skills & Mindset build the future.”

From Dream to Reality

While many around him continued to prepare for government exams, Aman saw a different reality.

“I’ve seen so many talented young people waiting endlessly for government jobs,” he explains. “But not everyone can get one. If we depend only on the system, we’ll never grow. Jharkhand can move forward only when its youth start creating jobs instead of waiting for them.”

With no investors or government support, Aman started Lacsa Tech Pvt. Ltd. using his own salary. Currently working as a cybersecurity expert and ethical hacker in Noida, he invests his personal income to sustain his startup. His small, dedicated team of four — Ghanshyam, Sarita, and Ritu among them — share his vision of transforming India’s youth into skilled, independent professionals. Together, they have already trained over 250 students across Jharkhand and India.

Building Skills, Not Dependency

Government funds are being spent in ways that keep people dependent, not empowered.

This system is silently promoting unemployment.

According to Aman, Jharkhand’s biggest challenge isn’t a lack of talent — it’s dependency.

“Government jobs are limited. Lakhs apply, but only a few succeed. The rest waste years waiting. Instead of relying on free schemes or promises, our youth need skill training, mentorship, and modern opportunities,” he says.

He believes that schemes like Maiya Samman Yojna and free ration programs often serve short-term goals but fail to build long-term growth.

“Such initiatives create dependency,” Aman explains. “What India truly needs are platforms, mentors, and policies that empower young people to build something real.”

 A Platform for the Future

Through Live All Class, Aman and his team are helping students from small towns learn to freelance, start businesses, and earn independently. Many of his students are already supporting their families and inspiring others in their communities.

His journey proves that self-reliance begins with self-belief. With persistence and purpose, Aman has turned a small idea into a growing movement for change.

A Message to India’s Youth

“Don’t waste your youth trapped in the narrow walls of government-job dreams,” Aman says. “A government job may feed you, but real growth comes when you build something of your own. Stop waiting for opportunities — create them. Your life is too valuable to spend behind four walls chasing something uncertain. Explore, build, and live with purpose.”

At just 19, Aman Ranjan is not only building a company but also igniting a movement for empowerment and independence — proving that when determination meets purpose, even one young person can inspire a generation.
